How can we help?
Help with replies, chat imports, Pro and your data.
Replies & chat imports
How do I get a reply?
Open Brolivo, paste the conversation or choose a screenshot, then pick a style and request a reply. Before anything is sent for processing, a permission screen explains the data and the receiving services. You choose what to copy, edit and send yourself. Brolivo is for adults 18+.
How do I continue the chat?
Continue the chat opens an editable next turn with your previous context and the suggested reply. Add what they actually said next, or replace the suggested reply with what you sent. Continuing alone does not send a message or generate another answer.
Why will my chat export not import?
Use a two-person chat: WhatsApp TXT, Telegram JSON, or an Instagram or Messenger JSON export. Supported exports can also be inside a ZIP. Choose the chat and identify your own messages when asked. HTML exports and group chats are not supported. A long chat uses its newest messages, up to 240 messages and 12,000 characters; the preview tells you before sending.
A screenshot or request will not load. What should I try?
Check your connection and the error shown in the app. Use a clear, readable screenshot, then select it again if you reopened an old result. If a limit message gives a reset time, wait until then. If the service is temporarily unavailable, retry later. If it keeps happening, email the error and the approximate time, with private chat details removed.
Free, Pro & purchases
What are the daily limits?
Free normally includes up to 3 replies, 1 screenshot or imported-chat analysis, and 5 uses each of Check, Decode, Lines and Topics per day. Pro raises replies and checks to 150, analyses to 20, and each of Decode, Lines and Topics to 50. Screenshot reads and chat imports share the analysis allowance. Limits reset at midnight UTC. Some networks have lower Free limits; the remaining counter in the app shows what is available to you.
Is a free trial available?
The purchase screen shows the plans available to your store account, their price, billing period and any eligible trial. A trial is available only when it is explicitly shown there. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. If a plan cannot be loaded, try again later; do not make a second purchase to fix missing access.
I paid but Pro is missing. How do I restore it?
In the iOS app, open Settings or the Pro screen and choose Restore purchases. Use the same Apple Account that made the purchase. Reopen the app after restoration. If Pro is still missing, email support with the purchase date and the order reference, with unrelated personal and payment details removed.
How do I cancel a subscription?
For an App Store purchase, open iPhone Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose Brolivo and cancel. You can also use the Apple subscriptions link below. If a trial is offered and you do not want it to renew, Apple advises canceling at least 24 hours before it ends. Deleting the app or your Brolivo account does not cancel an App Store subscription. For a website purchase, sign in to your Brolivo account and choose Manage subscription.
How do I request an App Store refund?
Use Apple’s refund request page below and sign in with the Apple Account used for the purchase. Apple determines eligibility and handles the request. We cannot promise approval or issue an Apple refund ourselves.
Privacy, accounts & reports
How do I delete my account or request data removal?
If you have an email account, sign in and open Settings → Your account → Delete account in the app. On the website, open Account → Delete account. Confirm the deletion when asked. Without an account, open Settings → Your data on this phone → Delete my data in the app. If you cannot sign in, or for a website guest’s data, email support with your request. Some records have retention periods explained in the Privacy Policy. Cancel any App Store or Google Play subscription separately.
How do I report a reply or a shared card?
Use Report beside the answer, or Report this card on a public card. You can also email support with a public card link or a description of the issue. If you published a card on the website, Delete card is available in its original Share window. For later removal requests, email the card link. Copies already saved or cached by others may remain.
Do you need my private conversation to help?
Start with the error message and the steps that caused it. Do not email full chat exports, sign-in codes, passwords or card details. If a screenshot is needed to explain a problem, hide names, photos and unrelated messages before sharing it. Read the Privacy Policy for processing, retention and your choices.
Delete your Brolivo account or data
You can delete your account in the app or on the website, and an app install’s data in the app, without an account. Deleting does not cancel a store subscription: cancel it in the App Store or Google Play first.
- Account in the app: open Settings → Your account → Delete account, then Delete permanently. The app’s data on that phone is deleted with it, except the update component’s installation ID (see below).
- Account on the website: sign in, open Account → Delete account and confirm.
- No account, in the app: open Settings → Your data on this phone → Delete my data, then Delete my data for good.
- No app, a website guest’s records, or an install we have blocked: email brolivo@darebay.com and say what you want deleted. We answer within one month.
What is deleted
Delete account deletes the account with its sessions, purchase association and the cards it shared, and removes its link from reports. Delete my data deletes the install’s device record (18+ confirmation, AI permission receipt, campaign code), its usage counters, purchase association and any public cards linked to it, and removes its link from reports and sessions. The app then starts again as a new install.
What is kept, and for how long
Reports, without that link, for 180 days; a card someone reported, hidden and without that link, while its reports are kept; an account’s usage counters for up to 35 days; records with no device or account ID, such as answer quality and daily totals, for their own periods; backups until they expire (policy target: 35 days). Apple and Google keep their own purchase records. Expo, which delivers the app’s updates, keeps its own records of update checks, and the app’s update component keeps its random installation ID on the phone until you delete the app. The Privacy Policy lists our periods; Expo keeps its records as set in its terms, which publish no period.
